Project Overview

Seamless Short Sale needed a logo that reflects the ideals of the services they provide. In short, the Seamless Short Sale (SSS) helps homeowners avoid foreclosure and losing equity in their homes through a sale to an independent investor. Then, the investor leases the home back to the homeowner without losing any equity in their home. Then, after a 3 year period, the homeowner can then buy their home back from the investor. The mark used in the logo shows two buildings linked together, one with an arrow pointing into the second building. Thinking abstractly, this signifies the investor supporting the homeowner by leasing their home back to them with the option to buy it back. Essentially, they are linked together with one supporting the other.
